Popa Falls Resort
Popa Falls Resort is part of the State-owned Namibia Wildlife Resorts Group. Don't expect a resort and do expect a basic camp on the banks of the Kavango River with self-catering bungalows and a rudimentary campsite. The location more than makes up for the lack of facilities and the camp is a useful stopover between Victoria Falls, eastern Caprivi and Etosha National Park.

Kwando River Lodge

Kwando River Lodge is a rustic and relaxed riverside lodge with three types of accommodation: camping, island chalets and tree houses. The camp has a shaded swimming pool and a thatched lounge, restaurant and bar that open onto the river. Activities include game viewing, fishing, cultural tours and day trips to Victoria Falls.

Impalila Island Lodge

Impalila Island Lodge is on the confluence of the Zambezi and Chobe Rivers on the eastern tip of Namibia. Marking the meeting point of four countries, the lodge is surrounded by dense riverine forest and lush floodplains. Game viewing, birding, total isolation and impressive scenery make for a right royal time in the African bush.

Susuwe Island Lodge

Susuwe Island Lodge, on the Kwando River in the Caprivi, is probably what Mr. Crusoe had in mind when he decided to set up camp: a palatial suite, luxurious living area and young Friday attending to his every need. Fine meals, excellent wine and convivial company were a given, of course, as was the occasional jaunt into the outlying lands in search of excitement and adventure.

Lianshulu Bush Lodge

Lianshulu Bush Lodge is a luxurious lodge on the banks of the Kwando River in a private concession inside the Mudumu National

Ndhovu Safari Lodge

Ndhovu Safari Lodge is on the edge of the wild and impenetrable Mahango Game Reserve. The lodge is on the edge of the Kavango River and its comfortable tented rooms, hearty fare and personal service are a breath of fresh air.

N'Kwazi Lodge

N'Kwazi Lodge is a small and lively lodge on the edge of the Kavango River about 20km east of Rundu en route to the Caprivi. As a stopover it couldn't be more convenient; as a warm-hearted taste of African hospitality it couldn't be more comfortable. Accommodation is in 14 en suite river chalets or a shady campsite.

Zambezi Lodge

The Zambezi Lodge is a casual and relaxed hotel-like offering on the outskirts of Caprivi's main administrative centre, Katima Mulilo. More a stopover than a destination there is plenty to keep you occupied for a night and a day - the floating bar and boat cruises should win those prizes.
